Sales Pipeline

Know what you’re chasing, and what’s next

Track each piece of work you’re trying to win, from the first call to the signed job. Every opportunity has a value, a stage, an owner, and its next step, so nothing goes cold.

What you get

  • Each stage shows how many opportunities, and what they’re worth
  • The next call or site visit on every card, in red once it’s due
  • Wins and due follow-ups show on your Dashboard
The DemoBiz pipeline: three opportunities worth $37,000 in New, Kitchen hood vent and Lobby refresh worth $30,800 in Quoted, and Kitchen remodel at $38,500 in Won, each with its next call, follow-up, or site visit

Your stages, your way

Start with New, Quoted, Won, and Lost, then rename them, put them in your order, or add your own. The Won and Lost columns show the last 90 days, and older ones are a click away.

Follow-ups with reminders

Add calls, emails, meetings, and site visits to an opportunity, for a day, a time, and the right person. Each person sets their own reminders: at the time, or 15 minutes, an hour, or a day before, on their phone or by email.

From first call to the job

Add an opportunity for a customer you have or a new one, and link it to their job once there is one. Each customer’s page lists their opportunities, and each opportunity keeps a history of every move.

Who sees what

Admins and managers add and move opportunities, and admins set the stages. Read-only staff can look. Opportunities carry values, so team members never see them.

The Lobby refresh opportunity for Harbor View Apartments: $24,000, Quoted, with buttons to move it to New, Won, or Lost, and a call to the building manager on Oct 30 at 10:00 AM with a reminder set
