Every business on Tailgate gets a portal with its own name and colours. Customers sign in there to follow their jobs, open what you've shared, and message you, without a single phone call to ask “how's it going?”
Your name on the door
The portal lives at your own address, like demobiz.symphonybiz.ai, or on a domain of your own. It shows your business name and colour, and the emails your customers get carry your name too.
- You invite each customer; nobody else can sign up
- Customers can sign in with a password, an email link, a passkey, or Google
- A customer only ever sees their own records
